Keith joined the Klamath Soil & Water Conservation District in 2026, working closely with NRCS focusing on supporting private land irrigators with the planning, implementation, and improvement of agricultural irrigation systems.

Originally from Sacramento County, he grew up being involved with athletics and the outdoors. He relocated to Klamath County in 2012 to pursue his degree in Engineering.  After receiving his Associate of Science from American River College, Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon 
Institute of Technology.

In his free time, he likes to ride his bicycles, go hiking, and snowboard. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys being out in the sunshine and nature
